I did not receive my tour confirmation in my inbox, can you resend it?
In most cases, the confirmations are filtered into junk/spam folders. Please check for an email from confirmations@niagarawinetours.com. If you do not see one, please send us an email with the date of your reservation, the name the reservation was booked under and we will resend it to the email address entered at time of booking, and make sure it is correctly spelled.
Where do the tours pick-up?
We provide round trip transportation from the main entrance of your hotel, Bed & Breakfast, AirBNB, vacation rental anywhere in Niagara Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake. Please note we do not offer pick up outside of the Niagara Area. Pick up on CANADIAN side only. No USA pick-ups offered unless you are on a private tour.
Can I pick which venues we visit?
Unfortunately, on our public tours you are not able to pick the venues we visit. If you are looking to customize your tour, we suggest you look at creating a private custom tour with us.
How long does the tour last?
It depends on the experience you have booked, please see our Daily Public Experiences Tab to see how long your experience is.
Do I get a confirmation receipt if I book online?
A confirmation is emailed IMMEDIATELY to the email provided during the booking procedure. Please always check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
What is your cancellation policy for daily group tours?
For our daily experiences we offer a full refund if the experience is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your touring date.
How do we redeem a gift certificate?
Gift Certificates can be booked directly on our website. You will be prompted if you ‘are redeeming a gift certificate’ during the booking procedure
How many people are on your daily tours?
Our group sizes are kept to an intimate size of 14 guests per vehicle.
How soon can I expect a response from an online inquiry?
Typically, you can expect a response within 24 hours however, if the inquiry comes through over the weekend, it could take up to 48 hours.
What credit cards do you accept?
We happily accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX.

Do you offer pick up from Toronto area?
For our Daily Touring Experiences, we do not offer pick up from outside the Niagara Area. For private touring experiences we are happy to offer pick up within Toronto and surrounding areas. See our Private Experience Tours Tab.
I don't have a car; how can I get there?
GO Transit and VIA Rail offer convenient transportation to Niagara Falls. Please click on the hyperlinks for respective websites.
Do you pick up from the Niagara Bus Terminal or VIA Rail?
We are happy to pick up directly from the bus or VIA terminal.
How can I make a change to my reservation?
Please call us at (TBD) and we would be happy to assist you with any changes required to your existing reservation. You can also send an email for changes, including revising hotel pick up information and date changes to bookings@niagarawinetours.com
Can I add someone to an existing reservation?
Yes, we are more than happy to add to your reservation if we have available seats. Please call us at (TBD) and have a credit card as we do not keep your credit card information on file to assist in your credit security.
Can I get a refund on a Gift Certificate Purchase?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on Gift Certificates, but they do make a great gift option.
Do we require advance reservations?
As our group sizes are small and space is limited, advance reservations are a MUST. We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance of your desired date. During our summer season we recommend at least one week in advance for a Friday or Saturday booking.
Can we pay cash to the driver?
For security reasons our drivers are not able to accept cash on the day of tour. Tours MUST be prepaid using a major credit card.
How long does it take until I receive my quote?
Please allow 48-72 hours for us to create a quotation. Quotations will be emailed to the address provided and we suggest you check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
